How's this for predictions & seeing the future? Last night I was feeding Levi & thought to myself, "Wow, Lincoln's 3 years old & has never had the stomach flu. That's amazing." Fast forward to this afternoon when I go pick him up from summer school. His teacher walks over & says, "Lincoln just threw up all over himself & is crying for you." I get out of the car & go see him...He's covered in throw up, crying hysterically because he has no idea what the hay-hay just happened & is complaining that his head hurts. Awesome. What's that? What's that you're saying?...Ben will help me when he gets home from work? Oh no friends, he's working late tonight...tonight is going to be so much fun.
Say a prayer for me that I don't get whatever this is....

Curious...
huh? whatcha predicting?
arg. osten barfed all over me in the car last week. he said, "my belly hurts so bad and i didn't eat peanuts (he's allergic)" so i thought, use this moment to teach, so i say "hey buddy maybe when we get to nana and papa's house you should go poopies on the potty like a big boy." He fusses for a minute and then says, "Mommy, I think i'll go poop on the toilet like a big boy" immediately turns and ralphs all over me. YUCK. so then i was all paranoid that soren would start puking for the following few days. i just hate it. the clean up SUCKS.
Prayers for a quick recovery for Lincoln, protection for you and the rest of the family from getting the bug, and lotsa papertowels, and Lysol.
Hang in there!
Oh.....yuck. and it's so sad when little people throw up when they've never done it before. Truely pitiful. So sorry.
